the problem with abortion here is the law,
the law states that every human being is innocent until proven guilty and that one persons rights can never violate anothers,
when a pedestrian is walking across the street he has the right of way because to ensure the rights of the pedestrian the driver of a car.
The fact of the matter is that the law cannot allow for the rights of an unborn child to violated by that of its mother. and they are no excuses,
even if the child is a result of a rape, the unborn child is not the one that should be punished its the person who should be punished.
The fact is that the law of the united states protects all humans, so until the day you can prove that an unborn child is not a human,
consider your argument null and void.
